SEGRO Hungary controls over 58 hectares of development sites in strategic locations in Budapest and the greater Budapest area.
SEGRO started its operation in Hungary in early 2006 and, since then, the company has acquired over 58 hectares of development land and has developed and let a 13,000 sq m building in Tulipan Park.
Currently, SEGRO has three developments in Hungary, a 16,500 sq m building is under construction and a further 21,000 sq m construction is planned for 2008.
